# Broadcasts

Reminder to the customer if the agent's task in the conversation is not completed

The broadcast returns the customer to the conversation if the agent’s task is not completed and the conversation is not paused.

## Step 1

In the menu, open **Broadcasts** and click **+ Add broadcast**.

## Step 2

Fill in the settings and click **Save**.

Select **the channel**on which the broadcast will work.

Message text — one of two options:

* **Write it yourself** — a template broadcast, fixed text.
* **Generate with AI** — the agent writes the message according to **the instructions** and the conversation context.

**Delay since the last message** — the interval since the last unanswered message. Specify a range **From** and **To** (days, hours, minutes).

**Allowed sending time** — the time window when messages can be sent so they are not sent late at night. For example, from 10:00 to 19:00.

The broadcast will go out only if the conversation is not paused and the agent’s task in it is not completed.

## Step 3

If needed, add more broadcasts — the button **+ Add broadcast** in the top right.
