## What you can do

| Capability       | Why it's needed                                                                             |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **View history** | Full conversation history with context — what the client asked and how the agent replied    |
| **Task status**  | You can see whether the bot completed the assigned task (collected contacts, booked, sold…) |
| **Agent pause**  | The agent stops replying — you continue the conversation manually with the full history     |
| **Filters**      | Filtering by channel, task status, and other parameters                                     |
