# HubSpot

Подключение HubSpot и назначение агента в Chatflow

Инструкция по интеграции Афины с аккаунтом HubSpot.

## Шаг 1. Подключение в Афине

1. Откройте [**Каналы**](/documentation/ru/kanaly.md).
2. Нажмите **Добавить канал**.
3. В списке выберите **HubSpot**.
4. Войдите в аккаунт HubSpot и разрешите подключение.

## Шаг 2. Настройка канала в Афине

После входа откройте настройки канала Афины.

У пользователя, который отвечает через HubSpot, должен быть тот же email, что в профиле Афины.

## Шаг 3. Chatflow в HubSpot

Чтобы агент вёл диалоги, настройте Chatflow в HubSpot.

1. В HubSpot откройте [**Диалоги**](/documentation/ru/funkcional/dialogi.md) (Conversations) → **Chatflows**.
2. Создайте новый Chatflow (**Create a new Chatflow**) или откройте существующий.
3. В настройках Chatflow:
   * **Тип Chatflow:** **Веб-сайт** (Website) → **Живой чат** (Live chat).
   * **Входящие и язык** (Inbox and Language): выберите ящик. Язык должен совпадать с языком в Афине.
   * **Приветственное сообщение** (Welcome Message): текст приветствия для посетителей сайта.
   * **Назначение диалогов** (Conversation Assignment): в **Автоматически назначать диалоги** (Automatically assign conversations) выберите **Конкретные пользователи** (Specific users) и пользователя Афины — тот же email, что на шаге 2.
4. Сохраните настройки Chatflow.
