Роль, инструкции, задача и приветствие — быстрый старт

## Что заполнить

**Действие:** Откройте **Каналы → ваш канал → Редактировать**. Заполните минимум для первого теста:

1. **Роль** — кем представляется агент
2. **Инструкции** — тон, ограничения, что можно и нельзя говорить
3. **Задача** — что сделать до завершения диалога (собрать контакты, записать, оформить заказ)
4. **Приветствие** — первая фраза ([Telegram](/kanaly/messendzhery/telegram.md) и виджет)
