## Как загрузить

**Действие:** Если агент должен отвечать на конкретные вопросы — загрузите материалы.

1. **Базы знаний → + Новая база знаний** — файлы (TXT, DOC, PDF) или URL сайта
2. В настройках канала привяжите базу знаний

## Зачем это нужно

Агент использует базу для **конкретных вопросов** («сколько стоит доставка?»). Общий сценарий диалога задаётся в **инструкциях**, а не в базе.
